Shipping and Returns
Watches usually ship within two business days. Accessory orders shipped by USPS may take up to seven days to ship. All items that can be ordered online are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please note that we ship only to physical street addresses. We cannot ship watches to post office boxes, but we can ship accessories to post office boxes by USPS, for orders under three pounds.
All shipments for watches require adult signatures on delivery. International shipments must ship to the credit card billing address. Tracking numbers are emailed directly from the shipper. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive a tracking number.
Delivery times displayed at checkout do not include weekends and holidays.
Refused shipments will be credited with the original amount billed less restocking fees, shipping, and return charges. International return charges can be extremely expensive, often exceeding $300, regardless of the value of the package. In addition to return shipping, carriers charge a fee for refused packages, and all fees will be borne by the customer.
OCEAN7 reserves the right to change shipping carriers to FedEx, DHL, USPS, or UPS at our option, with no additional charges billed to customer. Accessories will usually ship by USPS regardless of the selected shipping method.
It is the intent of OCEAN7 Watch Company to see that our customers are completely satisfied with the products we sell. For this reason we offer a "no questions asked," three day return policy. OCEAN7 reserves the right to charge a restocking fee to be determined by OCEAN7, solely at our option. A restocking fee in an appropriate amount determined by OCEAN7 will be charged only if the returned watch shows any sign of wear or damage upon examination by OCEAN7 personnel, or if plastic protective material is removed from the case back or bracelet. At OCEAN7's sole option, used or damaged watches returned for refund during the return period will be held and returned to the purchaser after receipt of sufficient funds to cover return shipping to them.
Our examination and return policy is clear and simple - try the watch on as you would in a store. Don't remove any plastic protective material, links, etc. Send the watch, box, and all accessories back to us and you can expect to receive a full refund, less shipping. If protective material was removed, links were removed and replaced, or even the slightest scratches or evidence of wear are found, the watch can no longer be sold as new. Expect to receive a refund less shipping and an additional minimum deduction of 25%.
A return authorization must be requested within three days of receipt, to receive a refund. Shipping charges, package refusal charges, and wire transfer or Western Union fees, will not be refunded. We offer a three day examination period, only. Watches will not be accepted for a refund if they have been worn, if the packaging material has been removed, or if the strap/bracelet has been sized. The three day refund period will not be extended for alleged claims of defects.
Items in the Accessory category are not eligible for return or exchange. Sales of these items are final, with no returns or exchanges accepted. Other items marked, final sale or clearance, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return authorizations are provided by email only.
Please follow these steps to return a watch for a refund, less shipping:
- Return authorizations are issued by email only, within three days of receipt of your watch. Feel free to call us to confirm receipt of your request within the three day period if for some reason beyond our control, you do not receive a return authorization within that time.
- OCEAN7 will respond with a return authorization number. Return the watch using the same shipping method used to ship the watch to you, printing the return authorization on the box so that it is easily visible. The watch must be shipped within three business days of receipt of the return authorization number.
Packages shipped to us without a return authorization easily visible on the outside of the box will be refused.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us immediately for assistance. All products authorized for return must be in new, unused condition, and must be returned in their original packaging along with all associated accessories and packaging materials.
If an order needs to be canceled for any reason after it has been placed but before it has been shipped, please contact us through this site via email.
